This position is responsible for building the core Agent experience of Deckwise, and promoting AI from a single point capability of "generating slides" to a reliable creative workflow, covering data understanding, outline planning, editable page generation, continuous modification, quality assessment and production online.

• Design and implement AI Agent workflow of Deckwise, covering data understanding, outline generation, page generation and iterative editing.
• Build end-to-end AI functions, including prompt words, tool invocation, knowledge retrieval, effect evaluation and online release.
• Transform PDF, documents, tables, and web pages into referenceable, traceable Agent context.
• Work with product, design, and engineering teams to continuously improve build quality, reliability, and user control.

Context and Agentic Search are the core foundations of Deckwise and AI Agent. This management position will lead the team to build a system that allows Agents to accurately understand project materials, retrieve context, organize evidence, and generate reliable decks, while maintaining the stability of existing retrieval and context capabilities and exploring new capabilities for complex documents, multi-file projects, and continuous editing scenarios.

• Responsible for the context, retrieval, memory and sorting system of Deckwise, supporting the data understanding and deck generation of AI Agent.
• Lead the team to build agentic retrieval capabilities so that AI can generate queries, invoke tools, and filter evidence.
• Establish a contextual quality assessment system to continuously optimize accuracy, relevance, traceability and authority control.
• Responsible for team recruitment, development and roadmap advancement, search, retrieval or AI platform management experience required.

This role will define and elevate Deckwise AI Agent's quality standards to be more accurate, stable, and controllable in material understanding, outlining, page generation, content rewriting, and ongoing editing. The work will revolve around context engineering, prompt word iteration, production data analysis and evaluation system, to continuously shape AI behavior and improve deck quality in real user scenarios.

• Define behavioral quality standards for Deckwise and AI Agent, covering generation, editing, data understanding and citation tracing.
• Iterate system prompts, tool prompts, and contextual organization strategies to locate and fix high-priority quality issues.
• Build eval, test data sets, and quality analysis tools to track stability and user-perceived performance.
• Need to be familiar with LLM, prompting, AI products or data analysis, and be able to find effective signals from real usage data.

The Agent iteration of Deckwise requires a stable evaluation and development tool system. This engineering position will design eval runners, test data sets, benchmark systems, and debugging tools that can be run at scale so that AI capabilities such as outline generation, page generation, data retrieval, and editing instructions can be continuously evaluated, monitored, and improved.

• Build AI eval infrastructure for Deckwise to support automated evaluation in local, CI, and cron jobs.
• Design reusable evaluation templates, fixtures, debugging tools, and benchmark datasets.
• Integrate eval into daily development and release processes to improve retry, idempotence, cost and latency observability.
• Requires solid software engineering capabilities, familiarity with TypeScript/Node or Python and reproducible data processes.

The mobile terminal will become an important entrance to Deckwise AI-first creative experience. This position is responsible for building the iOS side's data import, inspiration capture, outline generation, page preview, content modification and deck management capabilities, from interaction design to engineering implementation, launch and iteration, to promote the mobile AI workflow to become smoother, more reliable, and more suitable for creation and editing at any time.

• Build Deckwise's iOS AI authoring experience, covering data capture, outline generation, page preview and iterative editing.
• Designed mobile AI UX, including flow generation, tool feedback, failure states, confirmation mechanisms, and multimodal input.
• Improve performance and reliability, focusing on crash rate, first token speed, network efficiency, memory and weak network resilience.
• Solid experience with Swift and iOS frameworks required, experience with AI, multimodal, collaboration, or rich text is a plus.

This design position will be responsible for the core creative experience of Deckwise, allowing users to naturally start from ideas, materials and goals, complete outline planning, page generation, content editing and final export. You'll be involved in the complete design process from early strategy to final delivery, defining key interactions, information architecture, and visual expressions in AI assisted deck creation, making complex AI capabilities simple, free, and with a sense of control.

• Responsible for Deckwise core product experience design, covering home page, generation process, editor, file upload and export.
• Transform complex AI Agent behavior into simple, trustworthy, and controllable user interfaces.
• Establish a reusable design system, component specifications and interaction modes, and continue to polish the details of fonts, typography and motion effects.
• Excellent product design capabilities, aesthetic judgment, systems thinking and cross-team collaboration skills are required.

This product position is responsible for defining the AI creation workflow of Deckwise, continuously discovering problems from user pain points, usage feedback and product data, and driving the continuous optimization of outline generation, data understanding, page generation, editing iteration and export experience. You will work with design, engineering, AI, and growth teams to transform complex Agent capabilities into clear, controllable, and scalable product experiences.

• Responsible for the product direction, roadmap and prioritization of the Deckwise AI creation process.
• Deeply understand the real pain points of users when making decks, and design a complete path from inputting ideas to producing slides.
• Promote the implementation of Agent capabilities, covering context understanding, tool invocation, editing instructions and quality feedback.
• B2B / SaaS / AI product experience required, able to use data and feedback to drive delivery under high uncertainty.

This position is oriented towards early user success and support experience of Deckwise, helping users successfully complete the process from first use to stable creation. You will design and maintain AI customer service and user support processes, organize high-frequency issues, optimize help content, and transform common feedback in support into product improvement clues.

• Responsible for the user support experience of Deckwise, helping users solve problems related to generation, editing, exporting and account.
• Design AI customer service and automatic response processes, and maintain help documents, SOPs, FAQs and knowledge bases.
• Analyze user feedback and customer service records to convert high-frequency issues into product improvement suggestions.
• User support, customer service operations, UX copywriting, knowledge base maintenance, or AI chatbot design experience required.

This role is responsible for helping Deckwise find early, replicable customer development and sales paths. You will communicate directly with creators, teams, and small businesses to identify high-potential user groups, test different reach, product positioning, and conversion strategies, and bring frontline feedback back to product, growth, and engineering teams.

• Identify Deckwise’s target user groups and reach creators, teams, educators, and small businesses.
• Test user portraits, usage scenarios, information expression and customer acquisition channels to find replicable growth paths.
• Conduct demand exploration and product demonstrations with early users to drive trial, activation and paid conversions.
• Early stage sales, BD, user interviewing, customer development or SaaS growth experience required.

This position is responsible for promoting user growth, activation and retention of Deckwise, allowing more users to gradually form a stable AI deck creation habit from their first try. You will be responsible for content, publishing, life cycle operations and lightweight growth experiments, transforming user behavior, product signals and feedback into more accurate reach, conversion and reuse mechanisms.

• Responsible for the growth and life cycle operations of Deckwise, driving new user activation, reuse and paid conversions.
• Design growth projects such as content, publishing, emails, on-site engagement, and in-product guidance.
• Optimize the complete user journey with A/B testing, conversion analytics, and user feedback.
• Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Operations, Product Marketing or PLG experience required and ability to measure results with data.

This role will become the operational hub of the Deckwise early stage team, supporting team operations, recruitment collaboration, financial processes, supplier management and daily mechanism construction, ensuring that everything from candidate communication, onboarding support, contracts and payments, internal documentation to cross-team collaboration can operate stably, efficiently and orderly.

• Responsible for day-to-day operational support of Deckwise, including recruitment process, onboarding, team documentation, and internal coordination.
• Support financial operations, vendor contracts, base reimbursement and external partner management.
• Maintain process templates, task tracking and team knowledge base to promote operational automation and standardization.
• Experience in operations, personnel, administration, financial coordination or early stage startup team support is required.
